Chapter 01 — Origin

From the Amazonto your bowl.

We started HyperAçaí because the açaí North America was eating wasn't actually açaí. It was 20% pulp, 80% syrup, and the result was a generation of people who thought a "smoothie bowl" was something you scoop from a tub of corn-sweet purple slush. We import the real thing — single co-op, single basin, single-minded about quality.

The Process

Four steps,
twelve hours.

01

Hand-Harvest

Climbed and cut by co-op members in the Pará basin at peak ripeness. Same families, same forest, every season.

02

River-Wash

Berries are rinsed in cold river water within the hour, sorted on bamboo screens, transported in shaded crates to the pulper.

03

Cold-Press

Pulped within twelve hours of harvest. No heat, no concentrate, no powders. Just the pulp at its absolute peak.

04

Flash-Freeze

Down to -40°C immediately. Shipped frozen-block to Mississauga, milled into 7L tubs for the wholesale channel.

Chapter 02 — Why We Started

A single
co-op. That's it.

We could have built a brand with five suppliers and a complicated story. Instead we picked one co-op in the Pará basin, signed a multi-year off-take agreement, and built the brand around their work. They know our specs. We know their families. The supply chain is short, traceable, and boring — which is exactly what wholesale buyers want.

This is also why we can be picky. If a batch doesn't hit the colour and viscosity we want, we don't ship it. Most of our competitors blend across origins to smooth out variance; we'd rather wait two weeks for the right harvest.

We don't make smoothie filler. We make the reason smoothies exist. — Founders' note
Chapter 03 — The Canadian Market

Built for
professional kitchens.

Most wholesale açaí lands in Canada as soft serve mix or pre-sweetened smoothie packs. We sell 7L tubs because that's what cafés, juice bars, and restaurants actually need: scoop-ready, soft-serve compatible, no in-house prep. Drop it in a freezer at -18°C and your team builds bowls in 30 seconds.

Distributed via Gordon Food Service depots across Ontario and Canada-wide. Net-30 terms on open accounts. Volume tier discounts up to 40% off list. Cold-chain logistics included.

What We Stand For

Three things,
on repeat.

Single-Origin Honesty

One co-op. One basin. One traceable supply chain. Every tub can be linked back to the harvest week and the family that picked it.

Fair-Trade Premium

We pay above market, multi-year contracts, no spot pricing. The co-op invests in nursery saplings, schools, and processing equipment.

Operator-First Format

7L wholesale tubs. No retail-fluffed 100mL packs. Designed for cafés that need to move volume without compromising on quality.
